Paralegal / Legal Administrative Support

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and organized Paralegal with expertise in leasing and property transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the legal operations of a national education provider, contributing to critical legal processes while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

Hours: Par-time, flexible working arrangements (2-3 days)

Key responsabilites:

• Support General Counsel in managing legal matters including due diligence, leasing, property transactions, bank guarantees, and more.
• Coordinate the signing of multiple leases for a childcare provider.
• Keep stakeholders, including lawyers and landlords, informed on the status of lease agreements.
• Prepare reports and review leasing conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly filed and accessible.
• Utilize Monday.com for project management and task tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a paralegal role, particularly within leasing or property law (experience in childcare center leases is a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills, including spreadsheet management.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Confident and self-directed, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
